MEMORYPULSE · LEET DEVELOPMENTPrivacy policy
Who operates MemoryPulse
The data controller is Michal Vesecký, an individual based in the Czech Republic operating MemoryPulse under the developer name Leet Development. This policy describes the MemoryPulse 2.0 update and its ranked services. For privacy questions or requests, email leet1137games@gmail.com.
Offline play and your device
Journey, Practice, Daily Challenge and local arcade modes work without a ranked profile. The app stores progress, unfinished Journey runs, personal bests, earned cosmetics and sound settings on your device. These records are not automatically uploaded to the ranked server. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for this app. Removing app storage or uninstalling can erase this local progress.
Online rankings
Opening online rankings uses Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous player identifier. If you choose a nickname and play ranked, our server processes your player identifier, nickname, game mode, layout, answers, scores, timestamps and request identifiers to validate runs and maintain rankings. Your nickname, rank and scores are shown to other players. Avoid putting personal contact information in your nickname. Ranked identities are separate from local progress and may not be recoverable after uninstalling or changing devices.
Security and service providers
Google Firebase and Google Cloud host ranked data, authenticate players and process requests. Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity verify application and device integrity. These services process technical information such as app identifiers, signing information, attestation tokens and network information. Hosting and server infrastructure can record IP addresses, request times and error information for security and operation. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. The app does not request access to contacts, location, microphone or camera.
Purpose and choices
We use ranked data to provide the online features you request and technical data to operate and protect the service. Where applicable, these purposes correspond to providing the requested service and our legitimate interests in security and reliable operation. You can use offline modes without entering a nickname. This version contains no advertising SDK or in-app purchases and does not send offline play statistics to an analytics SDK.
Age and online access
MemoryPulse 2.0 is intended for teenagers aged 13 and over and adults. Before connecting to online rankings, the app asks you to confirm that you are at least 13. We store only this confirmation on your device, not your date of birth. If you are younger, choose offline play and do not create a ranked profile. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Delete your ranked profile
Open Settings, then Privacy & data, then Delete ranked profile. After you confirm, a server job removes the ranked nickname, online ranked results, ranked runs and their receipts, rate-limit record and Firebase sign-in account. The job can continue after the app closes. We show completion only after the server confirms it. If a connection fails, use Check deletion status. Offline Journey progress, local personal bests and earned cosmetics stay on your device. You can remove those by clearing the app's storage in Android settings.
Request deletion without the app
You do not need to reinstall MemoryPulse to request deletion. Email leet1137games@gmail.com with the subject MemoryPulse data deletion. Include your nickname and, if you have it, your Player ID from Privacy & data. We may need additional information to verify ownership and avoid deleting another person's results. Do not send passwords or verification codes. Older legacy leaderboard records may use an older identity; mention that you are asking about the original game if relevant. Contact us if an automatic request does not complete.
Retention
Local data stays on your device until you remove it. Ranked profiles and results remain until deletion is requested; run records are retained to support validation and dispute handling. After account deletion, a hashed ownership reference and completion receipt are retained for 30 days so interrupted requests can be verified. A hashed anti-recreation guard is retained for one day to block old sign-in tokens. These records are scheduled for automatic expiry; physical cleanup may be delayed. Pending deletion jobs retain the identifier needed to finish the request. Infrastructure logs and provider backups are separate from active game data and follow the provider's configured retention and legal/security requirements.
Your rights and support
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal data, and to complain to a data protection authority. Send requests to leet1137games@gmail.com. Requests concerning anonymous profiles may require ownership verification. Service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States where our ranked database and server are hosted. See Google's privacy information for details of its processing and safeguards. We will update this policy when the app's data practices change.
